DECAS BOTANICAL SYNERGIES' NUTRICRAN®GI is a synergistic fruit powder blend that supports and enhances gastro-intestinal health. NUTRICRAN®GI is an optimal formulation of "Best in Class" cranberry, grape seed, and wild blueberry extracts and powders. The proprietary blend is made up of DBS' cranberry powder, Polyphenolic Inc.'s MegaNatural® Gold grape seed extract, and Durham Research, Inc.'s BluePhenolic ™ wild blueberry powder, each known for their superior quality and health-promoting properties.
A laboratory study determined that NUTRICRAN®GI is significantly more potent in inhibiting Helicobacter pylori (H. pylori) bacteria in vitro when compared to single antimicrobial compounds. These data support the likelihood that NUTRICRAN®GI may be more effective in managing H. pylori infections in humans (Vattem et al. 2004, Process Biochemistry, In press).

According to the National Institute of Diabetes and Digestive and Kidney Diseases, Helicobacter pylori (H. pylori) bacteria are believed to be responsible for the majority of peptic ulcers and have also recently been linked to cardiovascular diseases. One in 10 Americans develops an ulcer at some time in his or her life and greater than 50% of those over 60 years old and about 20% of those under the age of 40 years old are infected with H. pylori bacteria.

NUTRICRAN®GI is made with quality natural and GRAS ingredients with uniform color, content, and flow. The NUTRICRAN® logo is available via a royalty-free licensing agreement.
